• Prepare, maintain, review and documenting Customers Information Record System both printed and unprinted (Electronic) version.
• Maintain the Archive System correctly.
• Give response for information request from internal and external via email.
• Doing other tasks asked by manager if necessary.
• Female, max. 25 years old.
• Minimal D-3 from any discipline.
• Minimal 1 years experience in related job.
• Having knowledge about internet.
• Able to operate MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Able to work in dynamic team environment and independently.
• Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill with positive working attitude.
• Customer oriented, willing to learn, energetic, honest & discipline.
